Returns? No problem!
Not completely satisfied or having doubts about your purchase? No worries. You can easily return your item within 30 days of receiving it. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. We kindly ask you to try on the shapewear only to decide whether you would like to keep it.
Easy returns
Simply register your return via Create a return shipment or scan this QR code to quickly start your return process.
Log in using your order number and email address. Your order will automatically appear and you can immediately register your return. After registration, you will instantly receive your return label. No printer at home? No problem. Download the return label to your phone and have it scanned at a service point.
Packing your return!
You are not required to use the original packaging to return your shapewear. However, please make sure that:
- The items still have their original tags attached
- The products are carefully packed
- The packing slip is included if possible

What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you use our return label, €5.50 will automatically be deducted from your refund amount. You do not need to pay anything upfront.
Prefer not to pay return costs?
Choose the Gift Card option in the return portal. Your return label will then be free of charge. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a gift card code equal to your purchase amount. You can use it immediately for a new order. In this case, no monetary refund will be issued.
Would you like to exchange an item?
Simply select the Gift Card option in the return portal.
You will not pay return shipping costs and can use the gift card code to order your new item.
Returning multiple orders:
- You can return multiple orders in one package:
- Register one order via the return portal
- Include all corresponding packing slips
- Pack the items carefully
- Clearly attach the return label to the parcel
Return entire order?
If you return your complete order, you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
If you return only part of your order, you will receive a refund for the returned items only.
We will process your refund within 14 days after registering your return, once we have received the products in good condition.
What if your order is not delivered?
Sometimes it happens that something goes wrong with the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent this. In that case, send us an e-mail ( contact@curveswear.com ), we will then look together what we can do.
This is how we deal with complaints
Warranty
We care about our products and do everything we can to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order does not arrive as expected, which means you can claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@curveswear.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register the dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at Consumer rights and complaints - European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
